All procedures performed strictly to medical specifications as per instructions of

the attending physician, relevant government regulations and supervised by

abcPediatric Home Health Care Administrator and Director of Nursing on the

ongoing basis.

 

Any and all medical, or procedural issues that may arise from time to time are

immediately brought up to the attention of attending physician, and or other qualifiedand responsible party.

 

The results of the treatment are monitored and reported to attending physician on the ongoing basis and documented in the patient’s files at abcPediatric headquarters.
