As a Director of Nursing Jade Incelli, with her extensive nursing experience is responsible for supervision and training all field personnel, agency's compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health Rules and Regulations, as well as our own Policies and Procedures. Jade takes her responsibilities personally, making sure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

A veteran nurse with 30 years of clinical experience. Sharon responsibilities include assisting DON in maintaining compliance with Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures. Continued education of field personnel and assuring high standards of quality of care delivered to our patients.
