cost effective, professional health care services to children
and adolescents
under the age of 21 years old, who, in order to maintain and improve their health
and the quality of their life require
doctor prescribed, systematic and ongoing
health care treatment at the place of their residence.
Our objective is to meet our
patient's medical needs in the nurturing environment
of their home and minimize the impact of the patient's condition
on the family,
while respecting the role of the family in the care for the patient.
